JESNER V. ARAB BANK

IS IT OKAY FOR CORPORATIONS TO PROFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF HUMAN LIFE?

In the days leading up to the Supreme Court hearing in Jesner v. Arab Bank, we headed to the streets to ask people this seemingly straightforward question.

IT'S OBVIOUS TO US, BUT NOT THE SUPREME COURT.

The answer seems so incredibly obvious, yet for many corporations, and possibly the Supreme Court, it’s not. SCOTUS' ruling in Jesner v. Arab Bank, PLC, which is being heard on Wednesday, October 11th, will determine whether businesses can be held responsible for perpetrating major human rights violations on foreign soil.

If you agree that the question “Should business be allowed to profit at the expense of human life?” must be answered with a resounding “NO,” make your voice heard.

Join us in protest in front of the Supreme Court from 8:30 - 11:00 am on October 11th.
