Legal and Policy Intern
Jillian Timko is a Legal and Policy Intern at the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR). She is particularly interested in working on human rights issues in the apparel industry, and just completed her first year at the George Washington University Law School, where she is focusing on international human rights law. Prior to pursuing law school, Jillian completed a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), concentrating on human rights and humanitarian policy. During the course of her degree, she worked in a variety of roles in the public and non-profit sector. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College, majoring in International Studies, and worked as a management consultant for three years in Boston.
