Workstreams: Global Governance and Norms

Mark B. Taylor is a Senior Researcher at the Fafo Research Foundation, Oslo, Norway. For two decades, Mark has worked at the intersection of research and policy on issues related to conflict and human rights, including as an advisory to business, civil society, government, and international organizations. His present research and policy work pursues two tracks: one on the global regulation of illicit economic activity connected to human rights abuse and conflict; and second on an integrated approach to the regulation of labor rights and climate change risks.  A former Managing Director and Research Director Fafo, Mark is a member of the board of the Institute for Human Rights and Business and has been an advisor to ICAR in the area of regulation of human rights due diligence and corporate crimes.
