ICAR & SOMO issue statement supporting A corporate capture provision in draft Treaty during fourth OEIGWG session

(October 19, 2018) - During the 4th session of the open-ended intergovernmental working group (OEIGWG) on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights, ICAR and SOMO issued a statement to support article 15.3 of the zero draft which addresses the issue of corporate capture.
